Friday the 23th of March.
Was driving in a car, suddenly came a wall of fog. It was so thick that you could cut in it, with a knife and eat it, like candy floss. It went on forever.
It only allowed visibility of max 50 meters and if it wasn't for the white stripes, then the road would disappear.
It did not help that the two white eyed demons came against you, all the time and blinded your vision even more.
So if it wasn't for Rudolf's two red eyed little helpers, it would sometimes had been difficult following the road.
A story from the real life.

Oil spill disaster
First; we are +6 billion people on Earth, and we all have different opinions about things, and that's good, because life would be boring, if we all had the same opinion.
There woulden't be any discussions.
The oil industry.
Who dosn't remember what happen in Alaska 1989, and now the Mexican Gulf 2010.
There woulden't be any discussions.
The oil industry.
Who dosn't remember what happen in Alaska 1989, and now the Mexican Gulf 2010.
And there are probably lot of other examples from around the world, but those two had been imprinted in the mind.
The ship industry learned from it. They builded ships with double hull, to minimize that a thing like that in 1989, would/should happen again.
That reminds me; I'm hearing that Greenland want to drill after oil on deep water, and that they will hire a company, that don't have the experience with deep water drilling, that's not smart at all, if it's true.
Back to the Mexican Gulf.
The oil spill in the Mexican Gulf, should never had happen. Some people didn't do their job properly, lives was lost and eco-systems are slowly being destroyed.
Just afraid, that the oil industry, aren't learning from it, and that it will happen again some day.
The oil industry really have to think out of the box, when it comes to safety systems, to prevent that a disaster like this, won't happen again!
Think out of the box, when it comes to contain the oil, if it should start leaking, even in small amounts.
Be prepared, for the worst-case scenario. Oh, wait, it had already happen!.
To much time was lost, because they wasen't prepared for a thing like this.
Because they diden't took it seriously, when the oil rig blow up.
It should be standard, that there are safety barrieres close to all oil rigs. Embedded under the water, so if the alarm goes, and the oil start leaking, they would floate up to the surface, and start contain the oil, until help arrives.
But they have to be embedded, so they protect the coastlines.
Maybe it can't be done, but it's a bid, and as I said; think out of the box.
But it all comes down to one thing: money.

Oatmeal Christmas Sweets

A little note.
Now a days everything has to be so healthy, but as long you don't let it get out of control, as long there are equilibrium between the consumption of food, and your willingness to move and train your body, then I can't see the problem, being unhealthy once in a while.
Danish101's Oatmeal Christmas sweets.
125 grams of butter
4 decilitre oatmeal
1 1/2 decilitre sugar
1/2 decilitre cocoa
2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
a couple of drops of rum- or almond essence (or until the wished taste)
1 spoon of cold coffee
Just mix it all together, and keep it cold for about an hour, before rolling it into marble size balls, and turn them in sugar.
Put the finish product in the fridge, until they are going to be eaten. (Warning: They won't last long, lol).
Tips: Instead of rum- or almond essence, try to put 2 teaspoon of peppermint essence in.
Yum yum!

Poetry for the soul.
Poetry for the soul.
In the twiligt, between day and night, something is bound to happen!
A restless soul, who just want to be free, from this prison of flesh and blood, and fly on the egde, of eternity, just once.
Standing on the shore, by the Ocean, listen to the roar of the waves.
Want to feel the freedom of no boundarys.
Dives into the Ocean, discover a whole new world, of peace and understanding.
Breaking through the surface once again, only to discover, that the rain is gently falling down from above.
At that moment, everything matters.
Looking up upon the stars. Wonder, how far you could travel, before you hit eternity.
If you let your soul go, would it ever come back again?!.
Imagine, how it would be like, flying among them.
Nothing to breake the peace, no evil, no good, just the destiny of life and death.
For some few moments, your soul broked free, but that only happend in your mind.

Danish's Small Luxus Blueberrie Pies.

About 6-8 pieces. (Maybe more, maybe less)
RICH SHORTCRUST PASTRY.
200 g flour
150 g butter
100 g sugar
1 egg yolk
100 g marzipan
1 vanilla pod
Crumble the butter and the marzipan into the flour and mix sugar in.
(Save some sugar, to mix with the vanilla).
Add the egg yolk and gather the pastry.
Let the pastry rest cold for about a hour or two.
FILLING.
About 250 g of frozen or fresh blueberries
A handful of sugar
Pure raw marzipan (with 60 % almonds or more)
Dark chocolate (70-80 % chocolate)
Take blueberries and sugar, and mix it gentle together.
Now roll out the pastry, in suitable thickness, and cut out a round piece of pastry, which fits into a small round aluminium tin (tin) aprox: 3-4 cm high and 8 cm in diameter (if you want, you can grease the tins with butter). The pastry might break, but just patch it together again in the tins, it have nothing to say. (shortcrust pastry is not easy to work with). Can prebake the bottom about 6-8 minuts at 200 degrees c/ 392 F. (But I never do that)
Then take the maricpan and crumble it into the tins in a good layer. Take the blueberry filling, and fill it up almost to the rim of the tins. Cut the chocolate in small pieces, and sprinkle it on top of the blueberry filling.
Now roll out a lit for the pie. Brush with egg, and sprinkle on some nib sugar. Make a small cross in the middle of the lit.
Bake the pies in the middle of the oven on a grating, in aprox 25-35 minutes, on 180-190 degrees C (356-374 F).
Let the pies cool of. Then take the tins of, serve with Greek yoghurt (10%) , and a cup of hot coffee or chocolate.
The pies can be frozen down for later use. Just freeze them in their tins, or you can remove the tins before freezing them, in a freezing bag. But make sure, when you take them out of the freezer (and if you want a varm pie within minutes), that you REMOVE the tins ( if they still are in the tins), before you put them in the microwave on a plate, for about 2-3 minutes (if the pies get to long, they will fall down, but the pies still taste good).
